Rebecca Paul, Member of Parliament for Reigate, has today launched a competition to find the best small businesses across Reigate, Redhill, Banstead, and the surrounding villages. Rebecca hopes the competition will highlight the vital role local businesses play in the community and encourage residents to support those on their high streets.
The competition is open from Monday 18 May, with voting closing on Monday 15 June. Residents can nominate and vote for their favourite businesses across four categories: Best Overall Small Business, Best Independent Café/Restaurant, Best Independent Shop, and Best Community-Supporting Small Business.
Local businesses are also encouraged to get involved by contacting Rebecca’s office to receive free promotional materials to support their participation in the competition.

“Independent shops, cafés, and restaurants are an essential part of a vibrant high street. They create jobs, contribute to our local economy, and bring people together.
